Description
Silverton Falls flows down the Canadian Rocky Mountains in the bright mid-afternoon sun in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada.
This waterfall flows down the side of Castle Mountain, the easternmost mountain of the main ranges in the Bow Valley; it's approximately halfway between the town of Banff and Lake Louise. While looking nearly inaccessible from the Trans-Canada Highway, there is a trail nestled in the woods that leads all the way to Rockbound Lake; this trail has a side trail that leads to these falls.
