The sun sets over Bonavista Harbour, Newfoundland, as seen from beside the Ryan Premises National Historic Site.
After exploring La Manche, I started the journey north to Bonavista, arriving not too long before sunset. I checked into the VRBO, which I booked only because I had no luck finding a hotel room, but it turned out to be a pretty good place. It was within easy walking distance from the "downtown" area, so I started walking over to find somewhere to have dinner. This picture was taken during that walk, just down the street from where I stayed. The building on the right is the Ryan Premises National Historic Site.
