Artist's Description
An early spring sunset over Lake Muskoka in the small cottage town of Gravenhurst, Ontario, reflecting in the water.
This was taken in April 2021 when I spent a week in Gravenhurst as a work-from-home-but-away-from-home week. I would work during the day, but in the late afternoons and evenings I would explore the area. This was taken at Lookout Park. I sat on the rocks there for around two hours enjoying the sunset and taking many pictures. It was very peaceful - a beautiful evening.

Hi, everybody! Toronto-based photographer here, having lived in this city all my life. It's a great place if you like large, busy cities, but I prefer smaller places. Anyway, although my education and work experience has been primarily in math and computer programming and similar subjects, my passions lie elsewhere. Don't get me wrong - if there's a particular problem I'm trying to program a solution to or some menial task that I'm trying to automate, my head gets really into it trying to figure it out, but that's just what I do to pay the bills.
