A lone water droplet is seen on a green leaf on a bright sunny day.

This was taken at the Nawautin Nature Sanctuary near Grafton, Ontario - a completely random find on a Covid road trip. We had stopped in Grafton Station, a supposed ghost town that didn't seem very ghastly to me, and decided it was time for lunch. We had brought a cooler full of picnic supplies, so we consulted Google and found this place, and stopped for a picnic. Of course, then we had to explore a bit and admire the beauty of nature.

Hi, everybody! Toronto-based photographer here, having lived in this city all my life. It's a great place if you like large, busy cities, but I prefer smaller places. Anyway, although my education and work experience has been primarily in math and computer programming and similar subjects, my passions lie elsewhere. Don't get me wrong - if there's a particular problem I'm trying to program a solution to or some menial task that I'm trying to automate, my head gets really into it trying to figure it out, but that's just what I do to pay the bills.
